Supporting multiple brands, the full-time Remote Customer Service Specialist will assist customers with inquiries, promote products, and manage a high volume of inbound calls while working from home in Kentucky. Key responsibilities Handle a busy day of inbound customer inquiries, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities Personalize customer experiences by addressing questions and analyzing account data Required qualifications 12+ months of customer service experience Ability to work in a virtual environment with a structured schedule Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens Capability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal assistance Must provide a distraction-free work from home environment
