Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company's global commercial organization and drive continued revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

This executive will develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and build the operational rigor necessary to support predictable, profitable growth within a complex global manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global revenue strategy across customer acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives
• Build and develop high-performing Business Development and Strategic Account teams
• Drive a data-driven go-to-market strategy aligned with revenue and profitability goals
• Establish forecasting discipline, pipeline management, KPI reporting, and commercial operating processes
• Expand strategic customer relationships and grow share of wallet across key accounts
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution
• Lead pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial governance initiatives
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within a global manufacturing, industrial, or IMS environment
• Proven track record driving sustained revenue growth and scaling commercial organizations
• Experience leading Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations functions
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including forecasting, pricing, and pipeline management
• Executive presence with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams
