Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments by engaging patients in conversations about their emotional, social, and financial challenges, ensuring comprehensive understanding.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address issues such as grief, adjustment to recovery, and coping strategies, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Work collaboratively with medical and counseling teams to create individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique recovery journey.

• Coordinate with community organizations to facilitate post-discharge services, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care for patients.

• Offer ongoing emotional support and education to patients and their families about treatment options, resources, and coping mechanisms.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient outcomes and improve the overall quality of care provided at the detox center.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

The primary client focus includes individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use, along with their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
