Work Environment\n

You will join a supportive and collaborative team in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration for better patient outcomes.

• Interact with insurance companies to manage pre-certification and utilization management processes, facilitating access to necessary services for clients.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning processes, ensuring clients have a clear post-treatment plan that meets their ongoing needs.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, modeling healthy relationships with food and addressing issues related to nutrition and well-being.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client’s individual context, especially considering their intersecting identities and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals undergoing detoxification, which often includes clients with varied backgrounds requiring specialized mental health support. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
