Austin, TX, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1011 Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually Strategic Marketing Executive We are looking for an experienced Strategic Marketing Executive to help build and accelerate our marketing engine across SaaS, apps, and B2B/enterprise offerings. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution — assessing what we have today, identifying opportunities, building the right systems and programs, and driving measurable results. What You'll Do Develop and execute go-to-market and demand generation strategies across our product portfolio. Audit and optimize our marketing infrastructure, including CRM, website, analytics, email, paid media, content, and sales collateral. Build and optimize paid acquisition programs, with a strong focus on measurable ROI and scalable growth. Develop sales enablement materials and improve alignment between marketing and sales. Build lead nurture, email outreach, and marketing automation programs. Support enterprise pipeline development through target‑account marketing, outbound strategy, and vertical‑specific messaging. Help strengthen product positioning, messaging, and brand architecture across multiple products and audiences. Establish clear reporting and performance metrics to guide marketing investment and prioritization. Identify what is working, what isn't, and where to scale, pivot, or eliminate spend. What We're Looking For 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, apps, or a high‑growth environment. Experience with HubSpot. Proven experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and go-to-market strategy . Strong understanding of both B2B/enterprise and performance marketing. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, paid acquisition, analytics, and sales enablement. A track record of using data and experimentation to drive measurable growth. Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills. A hands‑on operator who can develop the strategy and execute it — not someone who only wants to advise. Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
