Our client, a leader in the engineering and technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department, supporting innovative projects and collaborating with a talented team. What's the Job?
- Conduct design analysis on components and assemblies to support development processes, ensuring designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and reliable.
- Coordinate with engineering personnel to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Provide technical guidance and act as an internal consultant on complex projects, sharing expertise to enhance project outcomes.
- Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration to optimize design solutions and improve overall project efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team to foster innovation and excellence.
What's Needed?
- Associates Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed design analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to provide technical guidance on complex projects and contribute to innovative solutions.
