Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of property and asset acquisitions and dispositions to support the company\'s growth objectives.
- Make strategic recommendations, negotiate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, and ensure thorough due diligence for potential deals.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends; apply strong analytical abilities to guide investment decisions.
- Build digital trust with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency and drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics related to investments and asset acquisitions.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess value, risk, and strategic fit of opportunities.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
