Support daily accounting operations including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and records management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Process invoices and payments
- Reconcile accounts and verify balances
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Assist with daily revenue and cash reports
- Support month end close tasks
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders

What Makes You You
- Accounting support and Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Accurate data entry and reconciliation skills
- Organized, dependable, and deadline oriented
- Comfortable with excel spreadsheets and accounting software
- Must be flexible to work including holidays and weekends (based on business needs).
