Marketing Plan Execution AssistantAssists with executing marketing plans.Responsibilities:Assists with the execution of marketing plans.Prepares for and conducts appointments, meetings and tours with prospective residents, families and referral sources.Monitors and maintains social media sites and monitors community's reputation online.Assists with planning all marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events and community outreach activities, etc.Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.Qualifications:Qualifications Required2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related business fieldQualifications PreferredEducation or certificates in marketing, sales, communications, advertising or related business fieldSales/marketing experienceEEO/AA/Vet FriendlySalary Range: $30.00-$32.00 hr.Benefits Statement: A robust benefits package is available to eligible associates, designed to meet the needs of every stage of life, including paid time off (PTO), retirement, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits.
