System Administrator

Our client is a middle-market regional financial institution with a long history of growth and stability. The Junior System Administrator will be charged with maintaining secure, reliable and high-performing systems that support daily operations with a focus on service/help desk operations. Responsibilities Point person for all end-user support Administer Windows Server, Datto Backups, and SAN storage Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Oversee patching, backups, and disaster recovery processes Manage user provisioning and access controls Maintain documentation, diagrams, and system runbooks Proactively monitor system performance and improve stability Execute system upgrades and infrastructure changes Contribute to automation, optimization, and standardization efforts Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability Qualifications 3+ years of systems administration experience Must have Microsoft 365 & Windows Server Windows 10/11 Must have Active Directory & identity management Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Attention to detail in a regulated, compliance-driven environment Interest in automation, modernization, and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Source Group LLC
