Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will be embedded within various school environments, allowing for flexible scheduling and distance work arrangements. Despite the remote nature of this position, you will engage closely with school personnel, students, and families to provide critical support. Regular business hours are maintained, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to meet client needs and program responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by students and their families.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans that encompass clear goals, interventions, and methods for progress monitoring.

• Deliver compassionate counseling and support for individuals and families navigating challenges such as behavioral issues, trauma, or family conflict.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored service plans, connecting them with relevant community resources for ongoing support.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans in response to urgent needs.

• Work in tandem with educators and other community agencies to coordinate services and advocate effectively for client needs.

• Engage in proactive community outreach activities to raise awareness about available services within the agency.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training sessions to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with students and their families who are facing various socio-economic difficulties. This includes those experiencing mental health challenges, domestic instability, or access limitations to essential resources. Your focus will be on the holistic well-being of each client, ensuring they receive the support necessary to thrive both in and outside of the classroom.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
