Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by the state)
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
Strong communication and organizational skills
New graduates are welcome

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date
