Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Masonboro Urgent Care is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA‑C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to join our growing, independently owned practice in beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina. Part‑time and PRN positions will also be considered. We provide comprehensive urgent care and primary care services in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment located just minutes from Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Whether you’re an experienced provider or a motivated new graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to practice a broad scope of medicine while working alongside an experienced, supportive team. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual base salary (based on experience) Productivity bonus with additional earning potential Signing Bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) Predictable rotating schedule Provider autonomy in an independent practice Excellent work‑life balance just minutes from the beach Schedule Clinic Hours Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Wednesday and weekend shifts rotate among providers Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages Manage acute illnesses and injuries Provide comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management Perform minor procedures including: Laceration repair Splinting Incision and drainage Order and interpret laboratory studies, X-rays, and other diagnostic tests Document patient encounters using an electronic medical record (EMR) Qualifications Required Current North Carolina PA or NP license NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC certification DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start date) Preferred One or more years of Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Primary Care experience Strong new graduates are encouraged to apply The ideal candidate is compassionate, efficient, confident and able to work both independently and collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr Masonboro Urgent Care PC
