Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; one provider per day works 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: Independent CRNA practice model with MD on site and limited supervision (as noted)
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available
EMR: Epic

Position Overview

• Locum tenens CRNA coverage for a mix of OR, endoscopy, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, and OB cases
• Approximately 250 deliveries per year; VBACs performed; no high risk OB noted; C sections performed in the main OR (as noted)
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana license
• Required certifications as specified by the site
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
