Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; one provider per day works 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: Hospital based coverage (independent CRNA practice; MD on site with little to no supervision)
EMR: Epic
Travel and Lodging: Yes

Position Overview

Provide CRNA coverage for a high volume mix of OR, endoscopy, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, and OB cases. Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required.

Practice Details

• Approximately 250 deliveries per year noted.
• C sections are performed in the main OR.
• VBACs are performed; no high risk OB noted.

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana CRNA license.
• Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
• American Heart Association certifications listed include ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 to 90 days (temps may be available with a clean file).
