Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas seeks a Housing Navigator & Case Manager in Burke, VA, to provide housing navigation and case management services for Veterans and their families. This role includes assisting with housing applications, compliance, and overall support for self-sufficiency and housing stability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in social work and at least one year of relevant experience, knowledgeable about the challenges faced by Veterans.
