Registered Nurse House Supervisor

Position Summary Responsibilities include supervision and coordination of nursing personnel hospital-wide, deciding based on budgetary parameters while considering patient census and acuity. The role has broader responsibilities for PMs, night shift, and weekends, extending to all hospital employees. The Hospital Supervisor represents administration in their absence and must perform jobs in all patient care and operational areas subject to reasonable accommodations. Participation in the Respiratory Protection Program, which may include wearing a respirator, is required. This is a non‑union position. Qualifications Education required to qualify for license as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or allied health field. Master’s Degree in related clinical field, MBA, MHA, or MPh preferred. Active participation in professional organization preferred. Experience Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an acute care setting. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role. Licenses and Certifications Current California Registered Nurse License. Current BLS Certification through AHA. Current ACLS Certification. Current Arrhythmia recognition with annual competency. Requirements Sexual Harassment training must be completed within 6 months of hire or promotion, and every year thereafter. Additional Requirements Dress Code: Scrubs with white lab coat and appropriate shoes for clinical position. Name badge must be worn at all times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
