Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Unity Counseling, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families dealing with complex issues.
\n
• Provide therapy sessions collaboratively with couples while also meeting with each individual when necessary.
\n
• Facilitate discussions around topics including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication issues, job stress, blended families, and adjustments surrounding separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and digital tools to track client progress and outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
