HCP Contracts Manager

HCP Contract Manager coordinating, progressing, and managing HCP contracting tasks/activities assigned to the HCP Sponsor, ensuring active participation and decision-making. Facilitates and oversees HCP consultancy agreements and engagement activities (e.g., Steering committee, Advisory Board, IDMC), collaborating with Clinical Study team, Commercial Operations HCP team, Finance, Corporate Compliance, and Legal to coordinate associated HCP event planning needs. A Typical Day in This Role Looks Like Act as a delegate for the HCP contracting Sponsor; ensure required business-facing/process information is available and entered into Regeneron Systems (Engage platform) in a timely manner to progress assigned HCP contracts. Manage HCP contracting tasks/activities for the Sponsor, ensuring informed participation and involvement in decisions. Independently manage assigned business functions to proactively address Sponsor stakeholders’ HCP contractual needs. Gather, maintain, and report future-period planned HCP engagements to the Commercial HCP Contracting team to support annual budget/forecast needs. Build relationships with internal support functions to drive efficient contract progression through execution and close-out. Identify process improvement opportunities across the HCP contract lifecycle and develop business cases/solutions. Develop high-level subject matter expertise to anticipate operational needs that may lead to HCP contractual requests. Manage and lead a team of HCP Contract Specialists (oversight, onboarding, training, support). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 6+ years of relevant industry-related experience.
