UCHealth is seeking a Nurse Manager OR to lead perioperative nursing services in our advanced, patient-centered operating rooms. The Nurse Manager oversees clinical care, staffing, and workflow to ensure safe, efficient surgeries and excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising OR nurses, coordinating pre‑, intra‑, and postoperative care, driving quality and safety initiatives, and collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll foster a culture of respect, learning, and innovation while mentoring staff and advancing best practices in surgical care.
