As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Patrol Duty in Gibbstown NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a chemical and petrochemical environment.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual conditions in a calm problem-solving manner and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings operational areas gates parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity according to site protocols while documenting visitor contractor and/or delivery activity as required.
• Prepare clear timely reports on incidents patrol activity and/or policy violations and communicate relevant updates during shift changes and with site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
