The Senior Pricing Analyst will partner closely with attorneys, Finance, and Billing teams to develop pricing strategies, financial models, and matter budgets that support client relationships and drive profitability. Responsibilities for Senior Pricing Analyst: Develop and present financial models to evaluate proposed fee arrangements and pricing strategies Analyze profitability, financial exposure, and risk associated with client engagements and alternative fee arrangements Partner with attorneys to create detailed matter budgets, staffing models, and pricing scenarios Communicate pricing recommendations and financial insights to partners and firm leadership Conduct data analysis and precedent research to support pricing decisions and maintain pricing databases Assist with the financial components of client RFPs and business development initiatives Collaborate with Billing, Finance, and other departments to ensure fee arrangements are properly implemented and monitored Requirements for Senior Pricing Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred 3-6 years of pricing, financial analysis, or related experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts to various stakeholders Experience with Elite 3E, SQL, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Kay Search Group
