THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Customer Development Representative, you'll be the face of our company out in the community — home shows, retail pop-ups, and neighborhoods where we're actively installing. You'll spark conversations with homeowners, get them excited about our windows and doors, and set up complimentary design consultations for our sales team.

No industry experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything — how to work a room, how to read people, how to turn a conversation into an appointment.

This is a leadership development role with real, unlimited growth potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work home shows, community events, retail locations, and active install sites
• Strike up conversations with homeowners and get them genuinely excited
• Build buzz for our premium window and door products
• Book qualified appointments for our Design Consultants
• Represent us in neighborhoods where we're actively working

• Sharpen your communication, sales, and leadership skills every single day

Experience in retail, hospitality, events, marketing, or sales helps — but it's not required. We hire personality and work ethic. We'll train the rest.

Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses



$1,200–$2,400+ Per Week
No cap. The more appointments you generate, the more you make.
