We continually aspire and invest in learning and development opportunities that support our team members' professional growth, ensuring every team member has the tools to build a meaningful and rewarding career.The Assistant Executive Director is responsible for supporting the Executive Director with the overall leadership, management and success of the community.Responsibilities:Quality assurance and regulatory complianceEnsures outstanding resident engagement and participates in resolving issues and concernsFinancial review and monitoring ensuring business targets are metSupport of the sales team members ensuring community meets occupancy expectationsAssists ED in overseeing all departments and taking responsibility for efficient operations and compliance with the financial and budget goals of the communityQualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Health related field.Prior leadership experience (with the senior care industry preferred).Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations, supervision and discipline.Previous sales experience preferred.Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses.Administrator License/certification may be required per state requirements.Benefits:In addition to a rewarding career and competitive salary, Integral offers a comprehensive benefit package.Eligible team members are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, paid time off and paid holidays.
