We are seeking experienced and dependable 1099- subcontractor flooring installers to join our team. Whether you specialize in hardwood, tile, LVP, carpet, or other flooring types — we have work available to match your skills. You’ll enjoy the freedom of being your own boss while we provide the projects, schedule the installs, and handle the logistics. Ensure high-quality workmanship and manage your crew Communicate effectively with our office and clients as needed Follow site safety, and specs Maintain a professional and clean work environment What You’ll Need: At least 3 years of proven experience in your flooring specialty Ability to pass a background check Workers’ comp and general liability insurance Reliable transportation (enclosed truck or van preferred) Your own tools and equipment Ability to manage a crew and complete projects on time #J-18808-Ljbffr
