Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Generalist will join a highly collaborative team to provide comprehensive human resources support across multiple locations in different regions. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver who listens with care and approaches challenges with empathy and professionalism. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for employee questions on benefits, policies, and workplace matters, listening openly, offering guidance Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations Be an expert on relevant policies, employment law, and HR legislation, ensuring best-in-class practices Keep our HR processes running smoothly Be a problem-solver, and culture champion Embrace opportunities to grow your HR career and take on new responsibilities.
