The territory will include Colorado Springs to Pueblo and surrounding areas.Number of Openings: 1 Posting Dates: September 29, 2026- October 16, 2026 Compensation: This role is salary based plus incentives and also receives mileage reimbursement for using your personal vehicle.Why You'll Love This Role:Full-time, permanent position with a trusted employer.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a competitive 401(k) plan.401(k) with a 50% match up to the first 10% contribution, helping you plan for a secure futurePaid training and professional development opportunities to grow your expertise and advance your career.Tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and generous paid time off to support your personal and professional well-being.Engage in a collaborative, people-first culture with appreciation events, recognition programs, and team-building activities throughout the year.Position Responsibilities:Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities.Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards.Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact.Other projects or duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience.Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
