Position Overview:
- Full-time Physical Therapist located in Monticello, MN.
- Rate of pay: $40 - $45/hr. DOE
- New grads welcome
- Projected hours of 30/week or more. Part-time considered
- GREAT team in a welcoming and fun environment
- This position is sign-on bonus or student loan (or both) eligible!
- Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting
- Located 31 miles from St. Cloud & 25 miles from Maple Grove
- Drive opposite of the Twin Cities commuters on a daily basis
- Beautiful Monticello - Monticello Chamber

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure
