Responsibilities Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures. Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport them to the decontamination areas. Assist with post procedure cleaning of the operative or other invasive procedure room and preparation of room for subsequent patients. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED certification Completion of Surgical Technologist course Two years previous operating room experience ASC experience preferred ORT certification preferred Successfully completed a training program for surgical technology in the armed forces of the United States, the National Guard or in the United States Public Health Services USD $28.00/Hr.
