What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and submit accurate client invoices, including progress and AIA billing
• Track project billing status, ensuring alignment with contract terms and timelines
• Work closely with project managers to gather billing details and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audit readiness

What You Bring

• 2+ years of AR/billing experience, ideally within construction or project-based environments
• Familiarity with AIA billing and lien waivers is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple billing cycles
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
