Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns to formulate clinical diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, adapting techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet specific client needs.

• Provide prompt crisis intervention during acute mental health crises, employing effective de-escalation and support strategies to ensure client safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
