OTE: $200,000 to $220,000+

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a high growth healthcare technology company that is expanding its sales team due to continued growth and strong customer demand. The company serves more than 3,000 hospitals across the U.S. and Canada and provides mission-critical software that helps hospital pharmacy teams improve medication safety, efficiency, inventory management, and visibility.

They are looking for a Senior Account Executive to expand their footprint across an assigned territory. This is a full-cycle hunter role focused on winning new business and growing adoption within hospitals, health systems, and IDNs.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build and manage pipeline across an assigned territory
Sell to hospitals, health systems, and IDNs
Engage Director, VP, Chief, and other senior-level buyers
Generate net new pipeline while leveraging BDR and Marketing support
Manage a mix of velocity-driven and larger strategic opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Clinical Strategy, Marketing, BDR, and Implementation
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
B2B SaaS, software, or technology sales experience
Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or IDNs
Proven hunter with experience self-sourcing pipeline and closing net new business
Experience selling to senior-level executives
Experience with comparable deal sizes and 3 to 6 month sales cycles
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Consistent track record of sales performance
