The finance lead position will supporting a portfolio of IOT programs and provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to build their foundational finance skills while growing their managerial skillset.The selected candidate will have significant exposure to Product Support leadership and will work closely with the PS Program Teams and functional support leads on making financial, execution, and resource decisions. The selected candidate will have 1 direct report and be responsible for financial excellence across all program finance and business-related activities including cost and schedule execution and reporting, Estimates at Complete (EACs), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), proposal support, and IOT management.The selected candidate must excel at multi-tasking, effective and influential communication, innovative problem solving, and possess a proactive skillset.This role is being offered in an onsite capacity located in Tewksbury, MA. Other allowable locations are: Portsmouth, RI; McKinney, TX; or Louisville, KY Relocation assistance is not being provided.What You Will DoLead, develop, and provide analysis for a IOT portfolio of programsGrowth and development of direct reportPrepare and brief finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as requiredEstimates at Complete (EACs) of required programsSupport the development of the long range and annual operating plansMonthly forecast development and presentation (FP&A)Support proposal development and program startup / contract closeout activitiesQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experienceExperience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with Raytheon business systems including SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+ or a similar systemU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsQualifications We PreferKnowledge of IOTs (Inter Organizational Transfers)Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvementAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written formExperience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysisExperience with application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standardsPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
