Performance Creative Strategist

Seeking a full-time, fully remote Performance Creative Strategist / Graphic, Video & AI Designer who will produce a high volume of strategic ad creative across multiple products, utilizing AI and modern tools to develop and launch engaging ads quickly. Key responsibilities: Develop 10-20+ new ad concepts weekly and produce 80+ launch-ready assets across various formats Rapidly iterate winning concepts into diverse hooks, formats, and angles based on performance data Collaborate with media buyers to analyze ad performance and adjust creative strategies accordingly Required qualifications: Proven experience in high-volume ad creative production, particularly in direct-response marketing Hands-on proficiency with AI image, video, and copy generation tools Strong background in performance marketing within DTC health, wellness, or similar sectors Demonstrated ability to create and scale ads that drive paid acquisition A robust portfolio showcasing performance creative work, including metrics and outcomes
