Staff Accountant

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join the corporate headquarters team.What we offer:M/D/V BenefitsVarious Supplemental Insurance options401(K) optionsPaid HolidaysPTOWhat you will do:The duties of this position entail accounting, administrative and support functions for multiple locations:General functions: filing, organizing vendor/customer files, mail, etc.Data entry/support for AP and ARMaintain excel spreadsheets for reconciliation of accounts and other analysisProvide consistent and accurate accounting help with operationsPerform end of the month tasks: review/reconcile corporate cards, vendor statements, etc.Execute various projects/duties as neededAccountant Applicant must have the following qualifications:High attention to detail and ability to efficiently work on several projects at onceExcellent soft-skills for working amongst the accounting and admin teamProficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelComfortable speaking to clients and vendors directly when necessary to resolve issues and/or alleviate concernsAbility to multi-task efficiently and accuratelyAbility to prioritize the completion of multiple projects assigned simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and management interactionBasic accounting skills with ability to perform simple analyticsEducation:Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (Preferred)Experience:Accounting Clerk/Staff Accountant: 3 years (Required)Payables and Receivable: 3 years (Required)Strong Excel Experience (Required)NetSuite: 2 years (Preferred)Construction/Landscaping: 2 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr LUSA Holdings
