Finance Manager

Innovation Trust Bank International (ITBI) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations across the ITBI Group. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. As Finance Manager, you will own the complete accounting function - from budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to financial reporting and variance analysis - while driving strategic financial planning and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. What You'll Do Lead the accounting function: Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, intercompany ledgers, and general ledger reconciliations across multiple entities. Own financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual statements; analyze trends and variances to deliver actionable insights to senior management. Drive planning and forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process, monitor budget performance, and provide forecasts that guide operational decisions and capital allocation. Manage close and compliance: Oversee month-end/quarter-end close, P&L management, GAAP compliance, intercompany transactions, and entity reconciliation. Strengthen internal controls: Implement and monitor controls that safeguard financial data integrity; develop and maintain financial policies and procedures. Be the face of Finance externally: Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and liaison with external accounting firms for tax filings and regulatory reporting. Lead and develop the team: Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Partner across the business: Provide financial insights to non-financial teams, supporting project budgets, resource allocation, cost-control initiatives, and system enhancements. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with advanced coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution. 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance, with strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial analysis. Deep technical accounting expertise, including revenue recognition for complex transactions. Strategic leadership skills combined with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute hands-on. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering actionable recommendations to senior management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with resilience and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
