Your role will be dynamic: offering added SLP assistance, handling diverse caseloads, and conducting assessments to relieve existing overloads, ensuring every child receives the support they deserve.

This opportunity begins at the start of the school year and is set to continue until an internal hire is made by the district, giving you the chance to make a meaningful contribution right away. You'll operate in-person at Braly Elementary (mid to moderate) and Briarwood Elementary (general education and preschool), with your week balanced between both locations. Expect a straightforward schedule, working full time Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm. Each day, you'll be at a single site, rotating locations throughout the week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Speech-Language Pathology experience in school settings
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
• Ability to work with a variety of student needs and populations
• Previous experience with assessments and supporting large caseloads
• Flexibility and strong organizational skills
• SLP license preferred by the district but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to support existing staff with high caseloads
• Conduct assessments as needed for incoming referrals
• Collaborate closely with special education and general education teams
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation as required
