Full Time – Remote, NJ, US Salary Range: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly Summary lotus823 is seeking a creative, motivated, and dedicated Account Coordinator (AC) with strong communication, organization skills, and multi-channel marketing skills. As an AC, you’ll support day-to-day execution of client campaigns across PR, social media, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and content development. You’ll collaborate closely with internal team members to keep projects on track, support client deliverables, conduct research, draft content, manage lists and reporting, and assist with campaign execution across multiple service areas. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to grow within an integrated marketing agency. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work in Tinton Falls, NJ as needed. Must be located in NJ. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Support: Assist with day-to-day account tasks across PR, social, influencer, and digital initiatives. Support internal teams in organizing deliverables, maintaining project timelines, and preparing client-facing documents. Help monitor client campaigns and gather insights for reporting. PR & Media Support: Write a variety of content including blog posts, press releases, pitches, and case studies. Assist in researching and identifying relevant media outlets and influencers. Creating and managing media lists for multiple industries. Actively monitor media outlets, podcasts, blogs, websites, and other platforms for coverage of client accounts. Research new opportunities for select clients and maintain editorial calendars. Social Media & Influencer Support: Assist with content planning, community management, and drafting social copy. Support influencer outreach: researching creators, drafting outreach messages, tracking deliverables, and compiling results. Assist in recommending creative assets and coordinating with vendors such as content creators, photographers, or designers. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in collecting assets, organizing links, tracking live ads or content, and compiling campaign data for internal review. Help review campaign elements for accuracy and completeness before launch. Pull basic performance metrics and assist in compiling campaign reporting. Research & Administrative Support: Completing various research projects, as assigned. Developing creative and critical thinking capabilities. Assisting with client strategy planning. Qualifications 0-1 years of public relations, communications, marketing or related experience (agency preferred) BA or BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field Strong work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dedication to learning and continuous growth Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
