Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing Every Day:

• Assisting Alliant Energy customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues. This may sometimes require de-escalating certain issues with customers in a professional manner.
• Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phoneno sales required.
• Navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers.
• Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

Requirements

Education and Experience Alliant Energy Customer Service Representative

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way.
• Thrives in a home work setting with a stable work history, and is passionate about providing outstanding service.
• Holds a high school diploma or GED and is authorized to work in the United States.
• Can be flexible for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outagesbecause our customers count on us when it matters most.
