Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments, with a focus on evidence-based interventions.

• Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms to reach clients where they are.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with high-risk patients, many of whom may face complex psychosocial issues that contribute to their mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A Valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health care setting.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technology tools related to telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
