Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions to assess and treat a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Providing support for various family dynamics, including blended families, divorce adjustments, and conflicts among family members.

• Facilitating open communication and conflict resolution strategies among family units, enhancing relationships and overall mental health.

• Conducting assessments for issues including substance abuse, grief and loss, job-related stress, and emotional disturbances.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with clinic standards.
