Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include the following:Services existing accounts, quote product to clients, obtains orders.Submits quote requests and place orders to manufacturing partners.Resolving customer complaints.Coordinate installation appointments for Pittsburgh office and independent contractors in conjunction with technicians, contractors, and management.Maintains basic inventory records to ensure product is on hand for order fulfillment.Establish and maintain client records. Determine correct resolution to client complaints; take corrective action and monitor results.Communicate with billing department to ensure proper billing to contracts, other third-party payers and client/patients for all products and services delivered.Perform other duties as assigned by Managing Partner.Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am -4:30pmQualifications:One year of experience in HME Customer ServiceInsurance reimbursement knowledge and health insurance billing experienceComputer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet, Gmail and Microsoft Suite.Salesforce and QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required.Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to recognize and direct information to the appropriate health care provider.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance Express Employment Professionals
