Senior Project Manager - Financial Systems (Oracle ERP | Global Programs)

Our client is seeking experienced  Senior Project Managers to lead complex, global financial‑systems initiatives across multiple regions, including North America, EMEA, and LATAM. This role requires deep experience managing enterprise ERP finance projects, including data migration, integrations, and full project lifecycle delivery. The ideal candidate is an experienced individual contributor who can ramp quickly, operate independently, and confidently engage with senior leadership.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to run meetings autonomously, and a proactive, hands‑on approach to project execution.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Contract Duration: 6 months | W2

Responsibilities:

• Drive project execution using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Support project closure, documentation, and transition to operations.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across LATAM, EMEA, and North America.
• Manage project communications, status reporting, and executive‑level updates.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Technology, and business teams.
• Ensure adherence to governance, change‑control, and compliance requirements.
• Operate as a senior individual contributor capable of independently driving outcomes and decisions.
• Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of financial‑systems projects, including ERP enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data migration.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• 5–10 years of Project Management experience.
• Hands‑on Oracle data migration experience.
• Experience delivering 5+ full project lifecycles.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile delivery.
• Experience engaging with C‑level stakeholders.
• Proficiency with enterprise PPM tools (Planview or similar)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
• Strong executive presence and ability to run meetings independently.
• Able to function as a 100% individual contributor within the first 30 days.
• Global program experience across LATAM, EMEA, and North America.
• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent senior‑level ERP PM experience)
• Strong background in financial systems, including Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS preferred) or SAP.
• Ability to work independently, ramp quickly, and manage complex initiatives with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification.
• Experience coordinating with distributed or offshore teams.
• Experience with financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, Billing, Revenue, or Close.
