Associate National Account Director - Northeast

Gilead Sciences seeks an Associate National Account Director for the Northeast region to lead national account strategy for long-acting injectable products, particularly PrEP. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, building relationships with healthcare systems and institutions, and securing formulary inclusion and electronic medical record placement.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships with integrated delivery networks, healthcare systems, hospitals, and community clinics
• Develop account strategies and execute call plans targeting key decision-makers, C-suite executives, pharmacy directors, and P&T committee members
• Lead cross-functional coordination among field reimbursement managers, medical liaisons, sales, and market access teams
• Manage account profiles documenting product placement, protocol development, pull-through targets, and key influencer identification
• Execute in-person account visits to promote sales efforts, discuss clinical data, and manage contracting strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years experience, or PhD and 2+ years experience
• Account management or managed markets experience
• HIV or PrEP product knowledge
• Understanding of HIV/PrEP stigma and cultural humility
• Contracting, negotiation, and business acumen skills
• Direct experience in corporate, regional, or key account roles
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
