We’re looking for dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team in Oxford . What You Can Expect: Starting Pay : $17.13/hour to start $17.33/hour after completing training Comprehensive Benefits (for full-time team members): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life, Accidental, Short- & Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) with 3% Company Match (after 1 year) Paid Time Off (PTO) Full-Tim or Part-time roles available (Must be able to work both shifts and weekends) 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Your Role: As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in a comfortable group home setting. Responsibilities include: Assisting with meal prep, service, and dining Administering medications per guidelines Leading fun, interactive, and social activities What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or GED (must be 18 or older) Valid Driver’s License or State ID Ability to pass a background check Why Work with Us?
