Neurologist

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join their collaborative team in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. This position offers a 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient work for additional income, supported by a robust medical staff and advanced technology. The role provides an opportunity to join an independent non-profit, physician-led organization that is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

• Support includes 1 neurologist, 2 APPs, 24/7 hospitalists, full specialty backup, and a care team model
• Medical staff of 750 providers across 54 specialties
• 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient for additional income
• Office Call is 1:3 with APP first call
• Technology includes onsite EEG & EMG, stroke-certified system, strong rehab services, and a 12-bed ACU

Compensation

• $400,000 base salary (guaranteed beyond initial term)
• Total potential $400,000-$500,000+ (uncapped wRVU bonus)
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $100,000 student loan support
• $10,000 relocation assistance
