As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.68 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter boundaries to help identify and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in required reports. Communicate professionally with property personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related incidents and operational concerns. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 5 years of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
