For more information, visit Teads is seeking a Sales Director to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key independent agency partners across the East Coast. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role focused on expanding Teads’ partnership and presence with digital agencies and advertisers. The Sales Director will play a critical role in identifying new revenue opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering innovative advertising solutions across video, CTV, programmatic, and data-driven offerings. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key independent agencies in the New York and the U.S. East market Build and deepen partnerships with senior decision-makers to influence investment strategies Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through both new business development and growth of existing strategic accounts Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing complex deals Act as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing strategic insights across digital video, CTV, programmatic, data, and measurement Partner closely with internal teams including Studio, Account Management, Insights, and Media Strategy to deliver best-in-class campaign execution Represent Teads in the New York advertising marketplace and actively participate in industry events and client engagements Personal Attributes Highly motivated, entrepreneurial seller with a strong drive to win new business Strategic thinker who can build long-term partnerships with senior client stakeholders Deep digital media expertise with the ability to advise clients across the evolving advertising landscape Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong relationship builder with a reputation for credibility and trust in the marketplace Qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising sales Proven track record of driving revenue growth through agency and brand partnerships Extensive experiences breaking into and expanding agency partnerships Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic, video, and CTV Experience selling advertising technology platforms or advanced media solutions preferred Experience working at a DSP, SSP, publisher, or ad tech company Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven Performance: A verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar revenue quotas through complex, consultative enterprise sales. The pay range for this position is USD $200,000 to $275,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
