About the Opportunity A prestigious global law firm is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology Specialist to support and optimize its marketing technology ecosystem . This role serves as the in-house expert for webinar production , email marketing , CRM management , and website content management , partnering closely with attorneys and business professionals to deliver exceptional client-facing marketing initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in digital marketing , marketing technology , CRM administration , email marketing , or information technology Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred Demonstrated expertise with ON24 webinar platform and Vuture email marketing platform Experience supporting attorney-facing or senior stakeholder relationships Strong presentation, training, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Commitment to learning new technologies, including emerging AI tools and automation solutions Key Job Functions Serve as the subject matter expert for ON24 webinar platform , providing guidance, troubleshooting, and live event support Manage the setup, execution, and quality assurance of webinars , virtual meetings , and on-demand content Train attorneys and internal teams on webinar technology, best practices, and platform capabilities Continuously improve webinar processes, workflows, and attendee experiences Provide expert support for key MarTech platforms , including ON24 , Vuture , InterAction CRM , Microsoft Teams , Foundation , and Microsoft Office Suite Evaluate emerging marketing technologies , assist with testing and implementation, and recommend process improvements Develop and maintain training materials, templates, quick-reference guides, and user documentation Build, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns using Vuture Coordinate campaign setup, distribution, follow-up communications, and performance reporting Support thought leadership initiatives by distributing client alerts , newsletters, and blog content Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies Support and maintain InterAction CRM data integrity and overall data cleanliness Manage marketing distribution lists and ensure accurate audience segmentation Generate and analyze metrics related to webinars , email marketing , and website performance using Power BI , ON24 , and Vuture Produce reports and insights that inform business development and marketing strategy Support content publishing and updates through the organization's website CMS Assist with the distribution and promotion of thought leadership content across digital channels Partner with attorneys, senior leadership, business development professionals, IT teams, and external vendors Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys and internal stakeholders regarding marketing technology capabilities and best practices Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration and optimization of marketing platforms Advance Your Marketing Career If you thrive at the intersection of digital marketing , webinar production , CRM strategy , and marketing technology , we'd love to hear from you.
