Principal Change Management Consultant

A company is looking for a Principal Adoption & Change Management Consultant to lead AI & Workforce Consulting initiatives. Key Responsibilities Execute delivery responsibilities for complex client engagements and lead multiple resources Own C-suite relationships and act as a principal advisor for AI adoption and organizational change management Architect ROI-focused business cases for large-scale AI initiatives and manage quality delivery of project documentation Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree required (business or technology preferred); MA, MBA, or MSc beneficial Certifications in User Adoption & Change Management or related IT disciplines are valuable 15+ years of practical experience in business advisory or consulting within IT Minimum of 10 years providing advisory services in User Adoption and Organizational Change Management Proven track record of gaining "trusted advisor" status with executive-level management
