Workday Change Management Consultant

Workday Change Management Consultant, a full-time position focused on driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and training enablement throughout Workday deployments and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities Lead change management and training efforts across Workday implementations and AMS engagements Develop and execute user adoption strategies and deliver end-user training programs Measure adoption metrics and provide post-go-live support to identify gaps and recommend optimizations Required Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement, preferably in ERP or HCM implementations Hands-on experience with Workday deployments in various functional areas Strong understanding of Workday business processes and their impact on end users Experience in conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement Proven ability to lead workshops and training sessions for clients
